Is-sinjal għal NIŻEL BIL-ĦABEL isir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l-forma ta’ ponn u jitqiegħdu id waħda livell mar-ras u l-oħra iktar ’l isfel. L-id ta’ fuq tiftaħ il-ponn ftit u tinżel taħt l-id l-oħra minn ġewwa u terġa’ tagħlaq il-ponn. Imbagħad l-id l-oħra tagħmel l-istess, jiġifieri, tiftaħ ftit il-ponn, tinżel taħt l-id l-oħra u terġa’ tagħlaq il-ponn.

The sign for CLIMB DOWN A ROPE is made with both hands in the shape of a fist. The hands are placed one at head level and one a little lower. The hand at the top loosens the fist shape and moves below the other hand from the inside and then tightens the fist shape. Then the other hand does the same, that is, it loosens the fist shape and moves below the other hand and then tightens the fist shape again.
